My entire world revolved around FOTO while I was at Penn State. I didn’t expect that to happen when I joined but the friends that I made became the best one’s I’ve ever had, and still are!
It was the easiest decision I’ve ever made. Aside from saying yes to marrying my best friend, who I just so happen to have met in FOTO. :)
Canning/canvassing, family visits, weekly officer and general meetings, fundraisers, socials, THON weekend. So many of the best memories are flooding back. We all became so close that it truly felt like I had a family at school and home away from home.
Times are tough right now, and I can’t imagine how difficult it’s been for all of you. But just know you guys continue to amaze me with how creative you‘ve been and how far you’ve brought this org and I couldn’t be a more proud alum.
