My biggest recommendation for the weekend is to take care of yourself and be mindful of your body, if you need a break that’s okay! It’s better to hype and bring good energy to the stands for a couple of hours than be miserable for 30+ hours. Love you all lots 🫶🏻”

Hannah: “THON weekend is a rollercoaster of emotions, but truly soak it all in and try not to take anything for granted. the four years go by in the blink of an eye and all of the moments in the BJC together, especially the lows, are some of the ones you’ll hold closest to your heart. thank you all for your dedication to foto this year, none of this would be possible without you.”
